Cleveland - Wednesday, August 27, 2008: Sovereign Partners out of New York City recently closed on the 325,000 square foot office tower and parking garage located at the corner of East Ninth Street and Superior Avenue. Alex and Dan represented the previous owner, Fairfield Financial Group, in the sale of the property. Alex and Dan have also been re-hired as the exclusive leasing agents of the property.
