Dan Lariccia joined Grubb & Ellis Cleveland in 2000 and has participated in leases and sales totaling more than $65,000,000. He joined Alex's team in February of 2003. Together they are responsible for the leasing of the 1.3 million sq. ft., 45 story BP Tower building along with 1717 E. 9th Street ideally located in the heart of Downtown at E.9th Street and Superior Ave.

130,000 sf of new leasing since mid-2005 at 200 Public Square!: Beginning in the 2nd quarter of 2005, GSA - Health and Human Services, National City Bank, BC Investment Partners, Wells Fargo and Smith Barney have moved into 200 Public Square. Gallup Organization also renewed and expanded and continued its commitment to 200 Public Square. All of these customers combine to occupy 130,000 square feet at this premier downtown office property.


1717 E. 9th St. Sold!: Sovereign Partners out of New York City recently closed on the 325,000 square foot office tower and parking garage located at the corner of East Ninth Street and Superior Avenue. Alex and Dan represented the previous owner, Fairfield Financial Group, in the sale of the property. Alex and Dan have also been re-hired as the exclusive leasing agents of the property.
